Jackie Partridge is an artist living in Waterloo, ON Canada. She received her Master of Fine Arts from Concordia University in 2018. Jackie Partridge is inspired by nature, the landscape and preserving the natural environment. She is a mixed media artist creating beautiful blue and white cyanotypes, handmade paper and contemporary art installations.
The wildflower series of cyanotypes are supported by a micro grant from Pat the Dog Theatre Creation.
Jackie Partridge started working with the cyanotype process during the summer of 2021. She has fallen in love with the fun process and does it whenever she has the chance.
The cyanotype process is a chemical process that needs sunshine to activate the chemicals and turn them blue. Jackie Partridge uses natural elements collected from her residence to create these beautiful and minimalist prints.
These cyanotypes would look lovely hanging in a bedroom, bathroom, living room or office. They are sold unframed but would look great in a white or wooden frame.
Cyanotypes make the perfect gift for a gardener or nature lover.
Having cyanotype art in your home brings a sense of calm, adds a pop of blue and invites nature indoors.
These cyanotypes by Jackie Partridge are originals and there is only one piece of it available. Once it is gone it is gone. Bring tranquility into your home with these cyanotypes.
